Dana Medina

Dana is a native of Boulder, Colorado. She attended Regis University where she obtained her B.A. in Sociology and Spanish. Dana worked for eight years in social services when she decided to pursue a career involving animals. She obtained her A.A.S. in Veterinary technology in 2012 along with her Colorado C.V.T. certification. Dana has always enjoyed working with animals. Her passion for animals comes from spending her youthful summers on a Texas ranch learning about and working with show dogs.  It was during those blistering hot summers that Dana came to realize she wanted to work with animals in the future. Dana’s interests include hiking with her dogs (Atlas, Doña, Puggles, and Jedi), spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and sports .
